Terms & Conditions & Participant Waiver

1. General & Scope of Services

Nosignalclub organizes and directly leads trekking, camping, and outdoor events across Maharashtra.

Specific event details—including inclusion/exclusion of transport, meals, difficulty levels, itinerary, and required gear—are published on the website or event listing prior to booking. It is the Participant's sole responsibility to read and understand these details before registering.

2. Eligibility & Health Declarations

• Age Limit: Participation is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years and above.
• Physical Fitness: While our treks are designed to be beginner-friendly, trekking involves physical exertion, uneven terrain, and variable weather conditions.
• Medical Pre-conditions: You confirm that you are physically fit to participate. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions (including but not limited to asthma, heart issues, severe allergies, high blood pressure, or joint injuries), you must inform the Nosignalclub leads in advance. However, Nosignalclub does not conduct medical screenings and relies entirely on your self-assessment.

3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment Terms: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of 100% advance payment.

Participant-Initiated Cancellation:

• All payments are strictly non-refundable if a Participant cancels, fails to turn up ("No-Show"), or leaves the trek midway for any reason.
• Registrations are non-transferable to another person or future event unless explicitly approved in writing by Nosignalclub leads.

Organizer-Initiated Cancellation / Postponement:

• If an event is cancelled by Nosignalclub due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, flash floods, landslides, forest department/government trail restrictions, or insufficient bookings), Participants will be offered the choice of a full refund of the booking amount, OR a transfer/credit for the rescheduled date or a future Nosignalclub event.
• Nosignalclub is not liable for any secondary costs incurred by the Participant (e.g., personal travel bookings, gear purchases).

4. Code of Conduct & Safety Regulations

• Zero Tolerance for Alcohol & Banned Substances: The consumption, possession, or distribution of alcohol, illegal drugs, or narcotics during any part of the trek or transport is strictly prohibited. Anyone found in violation will be immediately removed from the event without a refund.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited during active trekking and in restricted forest areas. Smoking is permitted only at designated locations if permitted by local rules and leads.
• Environmental & Cultural Respect: Zero littering — you must carry back all non-biodegradable waste (plastics, wrappers, bottles). Respect local village traditions and fort heritage sites. Vandalism, defacing fort structures, or loud disruptions will not be tolerated.
• Lead Instructions: Participants must strictly follow the safety guidelines and instructions of the Nosignalclub leaders/guides at all times. Failure to comply may lead to immediate disqualification from the trek.

5. Comprehensive Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

Please read carefully: Trekking and outdoor activities carry inherent hazards including, but not limited to, falls, rough terrain, landslides, insect/animal bites, sudden weather changes, and exhaustion.

• Assumption of Risk: By registering, You explicitly acknowledge these inherent risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for your personal safety, physical health, and well-being during the event.
• Limitation of Liability & Indemnity: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nosignalclub, its partners, trip leaders, and volunteers shall NOT be held liable for any personal injury, illness, permanent disability, accidental death, or psychological harm arising from participation in any event. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nosignalclub against any legal claims, actions, or expenses brought by you or your legal heirs.
• Personal Belongings: Nosignalclub is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items (including electronics, phones, cameras, or bags) during transport, trekking, or camping.

6. Media Rights & Consent

By participating in a Nosignalclub event, You grant Nosignalclub an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use photos, videos, or audio recordings taken during the trip featuring your image/likeness.

These media materials may be used across Nosignalclub's website, social media pages, promotional videos, and marketing collateral without prior approval or compensation.

7. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to Nosignalclub's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra only.
